Hi H2CWorld-dreamers,
We wanted to go to the top of the hill to chill and take a nice thank you picture for all the H2Cworld-dreamers who helped financially in the H2CGhana expenses!
While we were going up, a man asked us to where we were heading, the man said –are you going to the house of the Rasta man? We didn’t understand and explained him we were going to the village on the top and continued our way.
We were following the main route when pam! We got lost and started getting tangled in the woods and did not find the right way. At one point we jumped a fence and found ourselves in a humongous garden with a very big house. Nobody seemed at home and we did not worry too much as people where in church. We were finding the gate to get out when we saw a Rasta man concentrated in hanging his trousers to dry. We didn’t want to frighten him, so we called him from afar. He did not change his expression and we excused as several times while sweating like pigs until we were directed to leave. His house lead directly again to the main road to continue up.
We then arrived to a church were people were enjoying the dancing and singing of their ceremony, it is resurrection day!
The sun was boiling our brains and we sat under some trees and enjoyed the nice view. We then met a man who was putting herbicide to the soil as: the caterpillars had destroyed the land and nothing could grow there. The land had been sold and they want to build big, there is already a half build house which is been transported brick by brick some meters away! This man was also a teacher and was very funny and nice to talk to. He helped us in taking the thank you picture! We promised to meet again at the top of the hills.
