Day 45: Shall we meet at 16:20?

Ghanaians are often late like Spanish people ;) In this sense we have adapted quite well, sometimes making Ghanaians wait for us for some time! (I am not looking at anybody Yorke).

Of course this relaxed way of living is due to our non-strict daily activities which leaves space to organize our time as we want. We do not miss checking the time at all moments, but it is also scary not to have a routine. What do you prefer?

Ghanaians are proud of their traditions and we think that their main struggle for the next generations will be to maintain their delicious traditional food in a society which is telling them there is no time to pound fufu!

This makes us think on how we young people eat in Spain and Belgium. Sometimes it is not about the budget (as in Spain you are able to eat cheap), but about the need of immediate satisfaction without any work. We are often not all ready to cook for more than one hour even if we have the time!
