Hello H2CWorld-dreamers,
We woke up in Abra (Cape Coast) and went with Sherif to visit the Cape Coast Castle. The Swedish build a wooden fort in 1653, one decade later, the British expanded it and in 1680 they build the slave dungeons where slave-trade took place. It is unimaginable in what conditions they kept people in there.

We also went down to the beach, where we finally got to swim in the Gulf of Guinea! The waves where very big and strong, first we were quite cautions, but later we got a little adventurous and enjoyed the waves!

We later went back to Fati’s home. They had made fufu. It was delicious! It takes a lot of effort to make and too little to eat! We then went back to Accra, this time it wasn’t a troto, but a government’s bus, which seamed humongous. Yorke, Ben Ato and Sherif got down in Kasoa, and we continued our way to Teiman, where fortunately we had light.
NOTE for DOUGLAS: We would have loved to see you in Cape Coast! See you soon Patriot!
