Hi H2CWorld-dreamers,

Yorke and us went to visit Benyameen’s parents mister and miss Keelson. They live in Potsin (Central Region), between Accra and Cape Coast.

Benyameen Keelson is a Ghanaian friend who lives in Belgium.

Mister Nazir Keelson is the headminister of the Potsin T.I Ahmediyya Senior High School (a state muslim boarding school).

We have enjoyed our first Ghanaian fufu!!!!! It is made from cassava and plantain and it is usually combined with stew!

Yummmmy!!

(Who came to the googbye party in Brussels will remember that Hans tried to make cook some).

Miss Keelson explained to us what type of spices are usually used in Ghanaian cooking (chili peppers, ginger…). We take note for the YUMMY VIDEOS!

It was a wonderful evening with Yorke, his uncles and cousin, where we shared our cultures and learned A LOT more about Ghana.
